Between you and me, I haven’t always been the best at choosing the healthiest path. Before I started taking my health seriously, I knew nothing about how to give my body what it needed. I was malnourished, significantly underweight, and never felt good about my image. After taking an honest look at the path I was on, I decided it was finally time to put myself first.
