This introductory course will cover the basics of how to structure your workouts to achieve desired results.
This course is specifically made for those just getting started with working out consistently, who want a general overview of how to approach training.
We'll discuss:
- Exercise frequency and building consistency
- How to plan and split your workouts
- Basic exercise selection
- How and when to increase weight/intensity
- Gym Etiquette
